![]() If there is someone on this forum with a heart and the knowhow to make this dream a reality, it would be much appreciated. ![]() Is this premise complete BS? Or is there a way to actually do it? I hate Reason and the so called Propellerheads for locking up content I actually purchased, so nothing would give me greater pleasure than to use their loops in other DAWs. After searching the internet for hours I came across this post which claims that it is not only possible to do both in Reaper, but it is easy and fast: I just downloaded Reaper and have spent an hour and a half trying to find a way to open my Refill files in Reaper but I have no idea how to do it. There are a lot of great loops available in Reason, but there seems to be no way to convert REX files or Refill files to.wav format for use in other programs. ![]() Actualy its only requires Reason's 3.0 Orkester.rfl (reason3.cd2) need to be copied in one folder with refillviewer.exe So you dont need to to install reason, you dont realy need windows to use this tool, because its works perfect under Wine (linux win emu, I used it from Knoppix LiveCD) Unpack yours refills: (16 bit) waves & aiffs, access yours RX2 loops, you can even covert upacked NN-XT patches to aother soft hard samplers with AwaveStudio. ![]() ITS THE ONLYONE VERSION THAT EXISTS!!! It's NOT Requires Reason 3.0. ![]()
